Once the car was stripped down then I made sure the structure was sound and that all the welding for the next few years was covered. The bonnet was stripped and the chrome badges removed and weleded up. The front panel was shot so a replacement sourced. The drivers door had split by the quarter light so this had to be welded up also. The rear wings were too rusty so fibreglass ones were sourced together with a pair of front ones. ..
